In this sequel to The Diary 3, Anna remains in Rome as Richard’s guest, living a quieter life and no longer working as an actress. More mellow than before, she is shaken when her diary is stolen on the street. Determined to recover it, Anna follows the trail of the missing notebook, and the search leads to an unexpected encounter with a man who begins to change her life.
