A Scanner Darkly

In a not-too-distant future, an undercover cop moves through a world shaped by a dangerous new drug. As his work draws him closer to the substance and the people around it, the line between his assignment and his own life begins to blur. Increasingly caught in its effects, he starts to lose his sense of who he is.
