A Stone in the Water

A reclusive spinster living in isolation kidnaps a pregnant woman with the intention of taking her unborn child. But her carefully controlled plan is complicated by a threat she never saw coming: a ruthless murderer is also hunting the mother-to-be. As captivity, desperation, and danger close in around them, the situation turns into a dark thriller driven by fear, obsession, and survival.
