Alice Upside Down

After the death of her mother, Alice McKinley is still trying to find her footing when her father, Ben, buys a music store and moves the family to a new town. While her older brother Lester adjusts in his own way, Alice starts sixth grade feeling insecure and out of place. She joins the school theater club and sets her sights on playing the princess in the musical, imagining a more confident version of herself as she faces a fresh start.
