Beneath a Sea of Lights

In Dubai, a Somali billboard repairman spends his days maintaining ads for products that seem just out of reach. Curious to know what life behind the images might feel like, he begins trying to experience the things displayed on the billboards. What starts as an innocent impulse grows riskier when a con artist takes him under his wing, pulling him into a world that quickly becomes harder to control.
