Beware the Slenderman

This documentary examines the disturbing case of two 12-year-old girls who attempted to murder a friend in an effort to appease Slenderman, a fictional monster born on a horror website. Framed as a modern fairytale with an online boogeyman at its center, it looks at how the internet can lead children into its darkest corners and asks how responsible they are for what they find there.
