Black Warrant

A semi-retired special ops assassin and a DEA agent find their separate missions converging when they uncover a cyber terrorist organization with a devastating plan. The group has built a dangerous machine capable of targeting the power grid, creating a threat that could trigger worldwide catastrophe unless the two can stop it in time.
