Brain Damage

Brian wakes one morning to a horrifying discovery: a small, revolting parasite has attached itself to the base of his brain stem. The creature can flood him with euphoric happiness and vivid hallucinations, drawing him into an addictive dependence. But the pleasure comes with a demand, as the parasite insists on human victims in exchange for keeping its host blissfully under its control.
