Candyman

A skeptical graduate student investigating the legend of the Candyman treats the story as folklore, not fact. But her research into the myth of a murderous spirit with a hook for a hand leads her to accidentally summon him into the real world. As the boundary between urban legend and reality begins to collapse, her inquiry draws her closer to the terror at the center of the tale.
