City Lights

A dewy-eyed tramp falls in love with a beautiful blind flower girl and longs to help her. His unlikely, on-and-off friendship with a wealthy, erratic tippler gives him a chance to gather the money she needs for medical care. As he tries to become both her secret benefactor and hopeful suitor, his tender devotion is tested by the unpredictable fortunes of his unusual companion.
