During a violent prison break, a CIA operative kills a terrorist whose body contains an implanted microchip. When the dead man’s associates try to retrieve it, one member of the group is captured by CIA agents. Pressured to cooperate, the female terrorist is drawn into working as an informer, forcing a dangerous split between her and her partner as the agency moves to bring the group down.
