Four friends on their way to a concert take an unexpected detour and end up stranded in a seemingly abandoned small town. Searching for help, they discover they are not alone. A violent gang of psychopaths dressed as clowns begins stalking and terrorizing them, drawing the group into a deadly game where escape becomes their only chance to survive.
