A filmmaker whose work has been widely ignored turns his resentment into violence, deciding the world must pay for rejecting what he sees as his own brilliance. As he becomes a vicious serial killer, he uses the internet to broadcast his crimes and taunt those trying to stop him, staying just ahead of the authorities while his campaign of punishment grows more dangerous.
