Tiny alien furballs with sharp teeth and endless appetites descend on a Los Angeles apartment tower, turning the building into their latest hunting ground. As the vicious critters tear through the low-rent complex and target anyone in their path, Josh steps up to help the tenants fight back. Trapped inside with the creatures closing in, the residents must hold them off before the invasion spreads beyond the building.
