Cry Havoc

An ambitious young reporter is granted an interview with one of the FBI’s most wanted, but her visit to his compound leads her to a terrifying discovery: one of his prized possessions is Havoc, a serial killer who murders on command. As the danger closes in, her only hope is a rogue law enforcement officer searching for his daughter and confronting a cruel maniac who kills innocent victims in gruesome ways.
