Death of a Comedian

Juan Debre, an actor known for spending his life playing a hero on a popular TV series, feels increasingly detached from his own identity. After a terminal diagnosis, he leaves for Belgium, the birthplace of his childhood comic book idol, searching for meaning and possible redemption. In Brussels, he becomes drawn into a conflict that offers him an unexpected chance to live up to the heroic image he once only portrayed.
