When a bomb that reacts to sound is discovered in the heart of the city, panic threatens to turn every noise into a trigger. A former naval officer with a dark past is drawn into a tense confrontation with an insurgent behind the sound-sensitive device. As the danger closes in, he must face the threat in front of him while the shadows of his past press closer.
