In the wake of tragedy, an alcoholic detective in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside fights to hold on to what remains of the man he used to be. As he searches for a murderer targeting street workers, he is forced to face the haunting memories of his past. But within the vulnerable community he is trying to protect, he begins to find an unexpected source of solace.
