San Francisco executive Gabriela makes a spontaneous move when she enters a contest and wins a rustic inn in New Zealand. Leaving city life behind, she arrives to find the property in need of serious work. To remodel it and prepare it for a flip, she joins forces with Jake Taylor, a bighearted local contractor whose help becomes essential to the project.
