Félicité

Felicite is a strong, proud woman who makes her living singing in bars across Kinshasa. When her 14-year-old son is injured in an accident, the shock pulls her away from the solid ground of everyday life. Moving through the city’s charged nights, music, and dreams, she struggles to stay afloat until an unexpected love begins to draw her back toward life.
