Jack Carter, a mob enforcer based in Las Vegas, returns to his hometown of Seattle for his brother’s funeral. What begins as a brief visit turns into a personal investigation when Carter starts to suspect the death was no accident. As he looks deeper into what happened, he becomes convinced his brother was murdered and sets out to confront the people responsible.
