Topper Harley has left action behind and is working odd jobs in a monastery when the CIA tracks him down with a new mission. In this Rambo parody, he is asked to lead a rescue team into Iraq to save prisoners left behind after Desert Storm, along with the earlier teams that disappeared while trying to rescue them.
