Detective McCarthy finally brings down Max Jenke, the serial killer known as Meat Cleaver Max. But as Max faces execution, he vows revenge on the man who caught him. When the killer’s threat seems to reach beyond the grave, a parapsychologist warns McCarthy that stopping Max for good may mean confronting and destroying his restless spirit.
