A young woman leaves a sanitarium and takes on the task of watching over her grandmother’s house. Alone in a place tied to family and fear, her grip on reality begins to weaken. As her mind unravels, she is forced toward a choice between being consumed by the darkness around her or accepting the true nature rising within her in this reimagining of Little Red Riding Hood.
