In Salem, Massachusetts, Halloween is the biggest night of the year, and no one is more devoted to the town’s celebration than Hubie Dubois. Unfortunately, his dedication has made him a constant target of ridicule from both kids and adults. But when strange things begin happening after dark, Hubie may be the only one taking the danger seriously enough to protect Halloween.
