During the Second World War, the Polish pilots of 303 Squadron join the Royal Air Force in the Battle of Britain. Many are veterans of the air battles fought during Germany’s invasion of Poland, and they now face the Luftwaffe again while struggling to overcome prejudice within their new ranks. Their fight is driven by the hope of defending Great Britain and protecting their own homeland from the German advance.
