Irreversible

Over the course of one traumatic night in Paris, events unfold in reverse chronological order. After a woman is raped, her lover and her ex-boyfriend are driven by grief, rage, and the impulse for revenge, deciding to take justice into their own hands. As the night is traced backward, the film examines violence, vengeance, and the irreversible weight of acts that cannot be undone.
