La Haine

Over 24 tense hours in a marginalized suburb of Paris, three young friends, Vinz, Hubert and Said, drift through the aftermath of a violent night of rioting. With little to do but wait, they search for updates on a mutual friend who has been seriously injured during a confrontation with the police, as the mood around them remains raw, restless and uncertain.
