Life of Pi

After a disaster at sea, Pi, an Indian boy and the son of a zookeeper, is cast away in the Pacific Ocean. A shipwreck leaves him adrift with an unlikely group of survivors: a hyena, a zebra, an orangutan, and a fearsome Bengal tiger. As the ordeal stretches on, Pi is drawn into a struggle for survival marked by adventure, discovery, and an unexpected connection with the tiger.
