While visiting the charming lake town of Culver, a boy genius and his sister discover that a hidden treasure may be waiting to be found. The prize was left behind by an eccentric philanthropist, but they are not the only ones looking for it. With a group of bullies chasing the same secret, the siblings must use their wits and courage to stay ahead in a fast-moving race through town.
