When a U.S. senator is killed by a deadly explosive, bomb disposal expert Danny O’Neill is assigned to investigate. The case leads him to a terrorist plot involving an invisible liquid explosive that is activated inside the human body. As the threat grows, Danny must determine how the weapon works and uncover the plan behind it before more lives are put at risk.
