Magnolia

On a seemingly random day in the San Fernando Valley, a group of interrelated lives begins to overlap in unexpected ways. A dying father, his young wife, a devoted caretaker, a famous but lost son, a love-struck police officer, a boy genius, a former boy genius, a game show host, and an estranged daughter all search for love, forgiveness, and meaning as separate struggles form one larger story.
