In Champion City, Captain Amazing is the hero everyone depends on, but when the recently paroled supervillain Casanova Frankenstein kidnaps him and threatens the city, help must come from an unlikely place. Mr. Furious, the Shoveler and the Blue Raja, three average, amateur superheroes with more determination than skill, set out to build a new team and save the day.
