Narcopolis

In the near future, recreational drugs are legal, and Frank Grieves works as a new kind of police officer in a city shaped by that reality. When a case involving an unidentified corpse is taken away from him, Frank begins to question what lies behind the system he serves and discovers that legalization has come with a troubling cost.
