On the Riviera

An American entertainer finds himself drawn into a risky masquerade when he impersonates a wealthy aviator who looks exactly like him. As he steps into the life of the heroic French military pilot, the performer also attracts the attention of the aviator’s neglected wife. Danny Kaye plays both lookalikes in this fast-paced remake of the Maurice Chevalier vehicle Folies Bergere.
