The owner of a bankrupt film company is running out of options, so he turns to a risky con to save his business. Hoping to attract a much-needed investor, he hires a look-alike of a famous movie star and tries to pass the double off as the real thing. As the deception becomes the center of his plan, the struggling con artist bets everything on a fake celebrity appearance.
