Outside the Law

Betrayed by the government she once served, agent Julie Cosgrove goes on the run and heads for the border with her pursuers close behind. As she tries to protect herself and stay ahead of those searching for her, Julie crosses paths with a couple being harassed by drug smugglers. Helping them could expose her, but walking away may come at its own cost.
