Panic 5 Bravo

Four paramedics on duty in Arizona pick up an emergency distress call and rush to respond. When they discover the victim is on the Mexican side of the border, they choose to cross illegally and help anyway. What begins as a routine act of medical training and instinct quickly turns dangerous when the crew becomes trapped inside their own ambulance, facing a situation none of them is prepared for.
