A teenager finds himself trapped in a glitchy, glitzy version of reality alongside the male screen idol he adores. Drawn deeper into the fantasy, he fixates on being possessed by this man and clings to the illusion around him. As violent clues begin to point toward how he arrived there, he pushes them aside, choosing obsession over the truth pressing in on him.
