Four American tourists, Sofia, Carl, Belle and Michael, join a ghost tour expecting a chilling but harmless encounter with local history. Instead, the experience turns terrifying when they enter an old abandoned psychiatric ward and find themselves trapped inside. With the ghosts of an evil doctor and his last patient victim closing in, the group must face a haunting far beyond what they paid for.
