Tony, once the leader of a notorious London hooligan firm, is forced to step back after a fight with a Russian ultra leaves him with a serious head injury. As the 2018 football World Cup in Russia approaches, he refuses to let the injury end his influence. Determined to settle the score, Tony begins planning payback while the tournament draws rival fans and old grudges into dangerous territory.
