Thirteen-year-old Randy loves building and playing with remote-control toys, but when he is forced to hide them inside a vacant model home, he discovers the place is being used by three dim-witted prison escapees. Trapped in the empty house with the fugitives, Randy has to rely on his collection of remote-control gadgets and his own quick thinking to fight back and stay out of their hands.
