Rock the Kasbah

A down-on-his-luck music manager on tour in Afghanistan thinks his career may be over until he discovers a teenage girl with an extraordinary voice. Seeing a last chance at redemption, he brings her to Kabul to compete on the popular television show Afghan Star. But as her talent draws attention, a jealous ex-boyfriend steps in to challenge her with ambitions of his own.
