Run the Tide

When his drug-abusing mother is released from prison and returns determined to rebuild their broken family, Rey refuses to let his younger brother Oliver be pulled back into the life they have known. In a desperate attempt to protect him, Rey takes Oliver from their desert home and heads toward the California coast, leaving behind the past their mother is trying to reclaim.
