Safe House

An FBI analyst sees a chance to reclaim his job by setting up an off-book safe house outside the usual channels. To make it happen, he brings in a spirited contractor whose energy and methods quickly complicate the plan. What should be a practical fix becomes harder to control as the analyst tries to manage both the secret project and the person hired to help build it.
