Saving Leningrad

In September 1941, as Leningrad is under siege, young lovers Kostya and Nastya end up aboard a barge carrying evacuees out of the city. What begins as a desperate passage to safety turns perilous when a nighttime storm strikes and the vessel starts to sink. With rescue nowhere in sight, the first aircraft to reach the scene are enemy planes.
