After his dream of a picturesque Italian wedding falls apart in Rome when his fiancee leaves him at the altar, Matt is stranded with a honeymoon meant for two. Heartbroken but unable to walk away from the trip, he sets out across Italy on his own, taking in the country’s culture, food, and beauty. Along the way, a determined local named Gia and a handful of meddling travelers begin to change what the journey means.
