Son of the South

In the summer of 1961, young white Southerner Bob Zellner comes of age in civil rights era Montgomery, Alabama, where staying silent is no longer an option. As the grandson of a Klansman, he faces pressure from his family and the white Southern world around him, but must decide where he stands as the Movement challenges social injustice, repression and violence.
