In Los Angeles, an extortionist bomber turns a city bus into a deadly trap, rigging it to explode if its speed falls below 50 miles per hour. With everyone on board in danger, a young cop and a female passenger must work together under mounting pressure to keep the bus moving through the city and find a way to save the passengers before the bomber’s threat becomes reality.
