This documentary traces the rise and fall of spring break in Daytona Beach, following how a modest early-1960s vacation tradition grew into a notorious annual spectacle. By the 1980s, tens of thousands of college students were flooding the Florida beach town for sun, alcohol, partying, and the chance to be seen as MTV turned the revelry into a national phenomenon.
